Refund Policy
All of ou treats are made-to-order. Therefore, there are no refunds. We package our orders with care to help avoid treats breaking during the shipping & handling proccess. However, we cannot guarantee treats will not be broken upon arrival. Broken treats willl not be refunded or replaced.
Free delivery areas
Free delivery to most areas of Clear Lake and Nassau Bay, please contact/dm to know if you qualify for free delivery 
Shipping Policy
We are currently only shipping in the US. Once your order has shipped, you should receive your package withing 7 Business days. We will contact you via email to inform you that your order has been shipped.
Please double check shipping information upon submitting your order form. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. If an order is sent back to the sender and the customer still wants the order, the customer will be responsible to cover the additional shipping costs.
